General Terms and Conditions

These T&C apply to all contracts for services provided by us in the area of development, integration and consulting for AI agents and related software. Deviating terms of the client do not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

Our offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded only upon our written order confirmation or upon commencement of the service. The scope of services is determined by the respective offer or individual agreement.

We provide our services with professional care and in accordance with the agreed specifications. The client shall provide the information, access and resources necessary for performance in good time and free of charge and shall name a contact person.

Unless otherwise agreed, prices are quoted net plus the statutory value-added tax. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction. In the event of default, statutory default interest applies.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for indirect damage and lost profits is excluded as far as legally permissible.

Austrian law applies to the exclusion of its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is the court with subject-matter jurisdiction at our registered office, to the extent legally permissible. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
